Financière de Tubize has adopted a Corporate Governance Charter drawn up by the Board of Directors and describing the main aspects of corporate governance implemented by the company.

It presents the implementation of the recommendations of the 2020 Corporate Governance Code. It is updated on a regular basis. The Board of Directors has also drawn up a Dealing Code, which constitutes a set of information, provisions, rules, procedures, guidelines and measures required to ensure that all transactions in financial instruments covered by the Code are carried out in compliance with the applicable legislation on the integrity of financial markets.
