* If the general meeting of 26 April 2024 approves the 2023 annual accounts and the proposed allocation of results, a gross dividend of € 0.97 per share will be payable as of 03 May 2024 at the offices, headquarters and branches of BNP Paribas Fortis, upon the surrender of coupon No 19.
